  • 2 cups cooked chicken (diced)
  • 2/3 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/3 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 stalk celery (diced)
  • 2 green onions (diced)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine blue cheese dressing, sour cream, and softened cream cheese.
  3. In another bowl, mix diced chicken with buffalo sauce and garlic powder. Combine half of this mixture with the creamy base along with diced celery, green onions, and half of both cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
  4. Spread the mixture in an 8×8 baking dish. Top with remaining buffalo chicken mixture and sprinkle on the rest of the cheeses.
  5. Bake for about 25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
