  • 125 g fresh raspberries
  • 75 g caster sugar
  • 90 g cold butter (salted or unsalted)
  • 140 g plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons flaked almonds
  • Zest of 1 lemon
