  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Activate the yeast by mixing it with warm milk and cane sugar; let sit until frothy (5-10 minutes).
  2. Combine gluten free flour blend, remaining cane sugar, salt, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
  3. Pour in the activated yeast mixture and stir until a sticky dough forms. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Roll out the chilled dough to about 1/4 inch thick, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  5. Roll tightly into a log, slice into 10 pieces, and place in muffin tins to rise for another 20 minutes.
