  • 300 g turkey strips
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 250 ml vegetable or chicken broth
  • 300 g brie cheese (rind removed)
  • 300 ml heavy cream
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika powder
  • 1/3 cup parsley (chopped)
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the turkey by slicing it into thin strips. Mince the garlic and dice the onion.
  2. In a pan over medium heat, cook the turkey until golden brown; remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic and onion until translucent.
  4. Pour in broth and add brie, stirring until melted, then mix in heavy cream and spices.
  5. Simmer until thickened, then add gnocchi to soak up the sauce.
  6. Stir in parsley and turkey before serving hot.
