Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. In the baking dish, combine uncooked rice, chicken broth, olive oil, minced garlic, dill, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Evenly arrange bite-sized pieces of chicken over the rice mixture.

  6. Pour tzatziki sauce over the chicken and rice; spread gently.
