  • 3 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 Cups Italian Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 2 Sweet Onions
  • 1 Celery Stick
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1 Tbsp Creole Seasoning
  • 6 Tbsp Beef Broth

Instructions

  1. Slice one onion and place it at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef and bread crumbs. Chop bell pepper, remaining onion, celery, and garlic; add to the mixture.
  3. Stir in eggs, Creole seasoning, and beef broth until well combined.
  4. Shape into a loaf on a chopping board.
  5. Place the loaf on top of onions in the crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
  6. Optionally, coat with sauce during the last hour of cooking for added flavor.
