  • 1 lb (450 g) turkey or chicken sausage, sliced
  • 1 lb (450 g) fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 lb (450 g) baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup (240 ml) chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add sliced sausage, green beans, halved potatoes, chopped onion, and minced garlic to the crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika (if using), salt, and black pepper over the top.
  3. Pour chicken broth over all ingredients.
  4. Dot with pieces of butter.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until potatoes are tender.
  6. Stir halfway through cooking; serve garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
