  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
  • Chopped fresh cilantro for topping
  • Sliced green onions for topping
  • Diced tomatoes for topping
  • Sliced jalapeños for topping

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour to create a roux and cook for one minute.
  2. Add diced onions and minced garlic; sauté until soft.
  3. Gradually whisk in chicken broth until thickened. Stir in spices, sour cream, and green chilies; simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Fill each tortilla with shredded chicken and cheese mixture; roll tightly and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
