  • 1 pound thick-cut deli turkey or chicken
  • 6 large slices Swiss or Provolone cheese
  • 1 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 pack (12 count) Hawaiian Dinner Rolls
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Poppy Seeds
  • 23 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half and layer turkey on the bottom half. Spread cranberry sauce over the turkey and add cheese slices before placing the top halves back on.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and poppy seeds. Brush this mixture over the top of the rolls.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for about 12 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Once baked, let cool slightly, slice apart, and serve warm.
