  • 150g dried cranberries, roughly diced
  • 125g pecans, roughly diced
  • 100g mature cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup finely diced chives

Instructions

  2. In a larger bowl, blend cream cheese and cheddar until smooth. Fold in half of the pecan mixture.
  3. Shape the mixture into a log using cling film and refrigerate for at least an hour.
  4. Roll the chilled log in the remaining pecan mixture until fully coated.
  5. Serve on a platter with crackers or veggies.
