Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Scrub the russet potatoes clean and prick them multiple times with a fork. Bake directly on the oven rack for 60-75 minutes until tender.
  2. While potatoes bake, boil chicken in a pot covered with water for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked. Shred the chicken using two forks.
