Instructions

  1. Rinse chicken wings under cold water and pat dry.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Coat wings with marinade; cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or overnight).
  4. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil. Place a wire rack on top.
  5. Arrange marinated wings on the rack in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C).
