- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 ½ cups vegetable oil
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 2 ½ teaspoons seasoned salt
- ¾ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Marinate chicken breasts in buttermilk mixed with salt for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare the coating by mixing flour, breadcrumbs, seasoned salt, paprika, cayenne pepper, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
