  • 12 slices of bread (white or sourdough)
  • 8 slices of turkey breast
  • 8 strips of crispy chicken bacon
  • 4 leaves of iceberg lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado (optional), sliced
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread until golden brown and set aside.
  2. Cook chicken bacon until crispy. Slice tomatoes, wash and dry lettuce.
  3. For the first layer, spread mayo on one slice of toast, add lettuce, turkey breast, and crispy chicken bacon.
  4. For the second layer, spread mayo on both sides of another slice and place on top of the first layer. Add lettuce and seasoned tomato slices.
  5. Top with the final slice of toast; press gently and secure with toothpicks. Cut diagonally into triangles.
