  • 1 white onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup apple vinegar
  • 3 cups rich beef stock
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 12 small shallots (optional)
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lb button mushrooms, halved
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  2. Remove the beef from the pot and sauté diced onion and carrots until softened.
