  • 12 ounces spaghetti (or pasta of your choice)
  • 6 slices turkey bacon (chopped)
  • 3 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced, optional)
  • 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup reserved pasta water

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente, reserving one cup of pasta water before draining.
