  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup granulated white sugar
  • 2 egg yolks, at room temperature
  • 2 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, spooned and leveled
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup red and green M&M's
  • 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup pretzel pieces
  • 1/3 cup potato chip pieces
  • 2 tbsp red and green jimmies

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together softened butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  3. Mix in egg yolks and vanilla until well combined.
  4. Sift in flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; mix gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in M&Ms, white chocolate chips, pretzels, potato chips, and sprinkles.
  6. Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
  8. Allow cooling on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
