  • 400g extra lean beef mince (ground beef)
  • 400g chopped tomatoes (canned)
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 240ml chicken stock
  • 500g gnocchi
  • 120g mature cheddar cheese, grated
  • Olive oil cooking spray
