  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 2 cups water (for rice)

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces; season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and brown sugar. Marinate chicken for 10 minutes.
