Ingredients

Scale
  • 23 Granny Smith apples, cored and sliced
  • 23 Gala apples, cored and sliced
  • 4 oz. white chocolate
  • 1 health bar, broken into pieces
  • 1/2 cup crushed pretzels
  • 4 Tbsp. salted butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Prepare toppings: Crush pretzels and chop the health bar into small pieces; place in small bowls.
  2. Slice apples: Wash, core, and slice apples; soak in lemon juice mixed with water to prevent browning.
  3. Make caramel sauce: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter; add brown sugar, corn syrup, and sweetened condensed milk—whisk until bubbly; remove from heat and whisk in vanilla.
  4. Melt white chocolate: Heat in a microwave-safe bowl in short bursts until smooth.
  5. Assemble nachos: Drain apple slices, pat dry, and arrange on a serving plate; drizzle with caramel sauce and melted chocolate.
  6. Add toppings: Sprinkle crushed pretzels and heath bar over warm nachos.
