  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
  • 8 oz imitation crab, chopped
  • 1/2 cup diced English cucumber
  • 1 large avocado, sliced
  • Nori sheets, chopped
  • Black sesame seeds for garnish
  • 1/4 cup Japanese mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha

Instructions

  1. Rinse the sushi rice until water runs clear. Cook in a rice cooker with water.
  2. Once cooked, cool the rice on a baking sheet and mix in seasoned rice vinegar.
  3. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise and sriracha for the spicy mayo.
