  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons diced dill pickles
  • ½ tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 cup pre-sliced dill pickle chips
  • 1 cup freshly shredded sharp cheddar
  • 3 cups cooked frozen french fries

Instructions

  1. Cook frozen french fries according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika until no longer pink (about 5 minutes). Drain excess oil.
  3. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, dill pickles, mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl to make the special sauce.
  4. In a large serving bowl, layer chopped romaine lettuce followed by tomatoes, red onions, pickle chips, cooked beef, and crispy french fries.
  5. Drizzle the special sauce over the top and serve immediately.
