  • ½ cup reserved chilled turkey bacon fat
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 8 ounces dark chocolate (chopped)

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Drain on paper towels and reserve half a cup of the fat.
  2. 2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and baking powder.
