  • 2.753 pounds turkey breast or tenderloins
  • 4 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon thyme, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs, chopped (additional parsley, rosemary, and thyme used)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with garlic, spinach, herbs, and seasoning until well combined.
  3. Carefully slice a pocket into the turkey breast and fill it with the stuffing mixture.
  4. Season the outside of the turkey with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  5. Bake in a baking dish for about 20 minutes or until the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
