  • ¼ cup Thai sweet chili sauce

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce by whisking together mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice in a small bowl until well combined.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the salmon pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper until evenly coated.
