1 ½ pounds salmon fillets (cut into bite-sized pieces)
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice to make the Bang Bang sauce; set aside.
In a large bowl, toss the salmon pieces with olive oil and seasonings (garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne if using) until evenly coated.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the seasoned salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
