  • 23 cups broccoli florets
  • 12 lbs. salmon filets
  • 68 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or basil)
  • Garlic, shallots, thyme, salt, and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; roast on a baking sheet for 25 minutes until crispy.
