  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 oz brie cheese, cut into 12 cubes
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tbsp chopped candied pecans (optional)
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into 12 squares. Press each square into the muffin cups.
  3. Place a cube of brie in each pastry cup, top with cranberry sauce, and sprinkle with pecans if desired.
  4. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  5. Allow to cool for 5 minutes and garnish with rosemary before serving.
