  • 20 slices chicken breast (or turkey), cut in half
  • 1½ cups goat cheese, softened
  • 4 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Stuff each pitted date with approximately 1 teaspoon of softened goat cheese.
  3. Wrap each stuffed date with half a slice of chicken and secure it with a toothpick.
  4. Place the wrapped dates on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes, turning once for even crispiness.
  5. Drizzle warm honey over the dates immediately after removing them from the oven.
