  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs

  • Cooking spray

  3. Allow the mixture to cool completely; refrigerate for about 30–60 minutes.

  5. Scoop cooled mashed potatoes into balls and coat each in flour, then egg, then panko breadcrumbs.
